She assigned two people to handle this complaint namely, Farida Abrahams and Phistus Legote.
Emails have been sent to these two individuals week in and week out and I have not received a single response.

Can someone please action my claim to the bins that were damaged by Pikitup. All forms have been submitted as required. What is the hold-up?
