Deductions without permission

In Dec, call centre called and I rejoined. The agreement was that first deduction will be taken in january. 2days after my conversation. My 1st deduction went of. I called to reverse and they told me they can't. I immediate cancel. Now suddenly 7months after they deduct from my bankaccount. I wanna know how the does these people get permission to do deductions as they please. I will follow this up with consumers right as I've been long in the business of consumers and their rights to let you just take money from peoples bank accounts as you please because you have their banking details. It's not just me but also a few of my colleagues who were former members of amazing vouchers
