SA Post Office
My parcel is gone missing - its been 14days now

I was in EL and forgot my chargers at B&B - asked a friend to collect them and post them overnight via Post office - all that happened on the 10 Jan and up to today i still haven't received my parcel - it's gone missing in action - when i use the track and trace it shows that it was last scanned on the 11 Jan and JHB NETWORKS BRANCH - all i've been asking now is can i go and collect it myself where ever that place is and their answer is no - because even if i go - they won't be able to help me as now they can't find my parcel - so much for "we will deliver what ever it takes" - i'm almost giving up now if i will ever get my chargers - yet i've lost money in the process as they charged R70 for that delivery that never took place. This service real is disgusting.
