Mad drive

The driver of this truck - on two occasions that I have seen him - is an absolute lunatic on the road. He endangers the people driving behind and in front. He jumps red robots and thinks he is Schumacher on the race track - driving over 80kms/hr in a 60kms zone. This driver is going to have an accident soon and probably kill and innocent bysander or 10, the way that he takes control of the road.
I hope that he is reprimanded and not allowed to drive a vehicle of that size ever agin. He is driving a 'government' vehicle and is not aware of the fact that the size and resulting speed he drives is absolutely dangerous.
