Re-did our pool, broke our pump and now gone

O From day one the, you arrived late. Paid deposit on the 30/07/2013- Half of the total job
o Was to be a one day job.
o The second day I waited to open up for you, at 11:00 you called me to tell me you were in centurion. After I called you at 9:00 and you said that you were close to me?
And had to go back to centurion. But no phone call to let me know. As I had to tell my boss that I was going to be later than I said I would going on your word.
This was very incontinent for me.
o This turned into a 3 day job? Very inconvenient for me and my wife. Paid you in full out of good will: 14/08/2013 (Still could not check the pump) As water only went it on the wed filled by the Friday 23/08/2013
o You did not tell us when we could put water in, I had to call you to find out?
o You ruined our pumping system. Told me that all ok, and if problems to call you.
o We called on Friday 23/08/2013, you told me to try two things. Both did not work. Then I called again a few times, you did not take my calls.
o Saturday the same thing, then you called me back at around 3pm Saturday to tell us you were on a golf course. Which is fine.but did not? And still not heard from you???
