Ignore my asking for help to cancel a subscription

Ad service!!! i asked to cancel a subscription and they ignored me until a lapse of 7 days which obligated me to re-subscribe and pay R1, 500 - beware - these are not easy to get out of and they avoid helping you when you ask for it :(
