I had purchased (2013-07-25) 2x packs of the new huggies gold for boys, & in both pakc the left tag kept on coming off. I called in the hugggies call centere on the 26th and I spoke to a lady by the name of Tebogo her service was outstanding she was friendly & very helpful, I thank her for that. Tebogo had arranged that the nappies be collected on the 29th July 2013, which was the case. I was told I would receive vouchers which took 2-3 weeks, fine I understand its company policy, which huggies should think about changing the way in which they conduct ther service. I a person buys nappies it means they are needed right away, people work with budgets on a monthly basis. Its now been more than 3 weeks now, Im very upset about this really it has been such an inconvenience in my life.
