Samsonite Cube-Lite Suitcase damaged

After being reassured that the new Cube-lite Samsonite Suitcase was almost indestructable, I arrived back recently from an overseas trip and my new suitcase was terrible dented and squashed on the one side.
The rep from Samsonite came to look at the case and said that the airline was responsible for that.
SAA have reimbused me only R2, 500.00 for a case that I paid almost R6000, 00 for!
I travel extensively and will never buy another Samsonite Product again.
The airline is definitely responsible for the damage - but so much so for Samsonite and their promises and guarantuees. As I mentioned above - I was reassured that the material that the Cube-Lite Luggage is made of is virtually indestructable!
