International Registered lette

Family registered a letter on 15 May 2013 from Portugal RC982784766PT. I have not received it. 0860011502 does not EXIST! I have sent an email to [Email Removed] but if 0860011502 does not exist what are the chances of the email address existing let alone getting a reply. The tracking history:

I have never ever received a notification to collect it NOTHING yet it is being RETURNED TO SENDER!!! WHY WHY WHY WHY???

This is such disgusting service that we are FORCED to make use of as there is no other means besides international couriers but then it is costly! DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
