I would like to thank Ben Blignaut for the fast service he provided. After trying to get info on my parcel for several days, the staff was unable to tell me anything other than the parcel being in transit - for 3 days!!!

After none of them could tell me where it was or who to contact to find out, (why are you working there then), I googled and came across Ben's details. Within minutes, I was able to track my parcel and was even put in contact with the driver who delivered my parcel the same day.

A huge thank you to the driver Silas, as well for the friendly and fast service! What a pleasure it was dealing with him.

If only the rest of the call centre staff could have this CAN DO attitude, it will make the process less frustrating and daunting.
