ID Ref checks takes longer than 8 weeks

I went to the JHB branch for an interview & registration on the 07/06/2013. After completing the finger print procedure the next day a lady from Kelly notified me that i had a possible criminal record & they will not send me for interviews until they recieve the report confirming whether i do have a record. I was suprised as i knew i did not have a record. I went to Langlaagte Police Station to do finger prints. The report from the station showed i had a pending case HOWEVER i was the plaintiff. I laid the case when my car was hijacked! I paid an independent company (SA Crime Check) for another report, they advised as per the CRC Records i am clearly shown as the plantiff. I advised Kelly of this, however they insisted on waiting for the report from Lexis Nexis. Kelly advised they will have this report within 6-8 weeks. I have called twice to follow up on this as its affected my job oppertunites. Both times they advised they have not recieved the report there is some delay? Its pathetic how i am penalised for a untrue & prejeduce report from Lexis Nexis for more than 2months.
