Overcharging and Unprofessional

I got Satcomm Digital TV out to repair my DSTV installation.

I was grossly overcharged. R2447 for replacing a single cable and some other component. R830.00 for a 4x2 multiswitch..? When asked I was told coaxial cable will be R80 per meter..? I had to pay over R550 for 31 meters.
Almost R1000 for labour, splitter and some booster I never needed in the first place.

Your guys were standing around for over an hour waiting for a third guy to return (which took almost 3 hours) with some essential component which in the end was never even required or used...?

Its!! They come in and could not even fix the entire problem. They left with my signal strengthen much worse than before the fault occurred. And all this already after 7 at night.

Forced me to do an EFT on the spot but could not give me a proper explanation as to what exactly they did and why the cost of their components are so extremely high.
