First Road Emergency
REFUND NOT DONE

I would like to post my complain to First Road Emergency, regarding a payment that was suppose to be made as a refund for monies that was paid for towing. I am a client of Dial Direct and on the 6 of July 2013. I was towed by first road and they made me pay R650, which later my Insurance instructed them to pay it back and they promised that I will receive my money in 14 days.

This promise was done by their customer service department after i raised a complain to dial direct. I am disappointed and can not take this anymore from both dial direct and first road. I think they must get their house in order this is really unprofessional.
