Continuos power failure for 3 years

I am a resident in Ga-Rankuwa. I have been having a power fsilure since the homeless shelter was build next to my house. I have made so many phoe calls to eskom to request assistance with this but to date I am still struggling. My last ref number from yesterday is 100230859. Please help.
