Double Deal
Still not refunded

I cancelled my service, posted on Hello Peter- received a response. Double Deal then went and said they were happy that we could resolve the issue. However- I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED. I was told it would happen this week, and we are now at the end of the week and nothing has happened. There were fast enough to upload my banking details to make a deduction- but could not get the refund done. How strange is that???
