PLEASE STOP IGNORING ME!

I have sent 2 emails in as many weeks to Indigo brands to inquire about who can assist with a product query.

Can somebody advise me as to who I can speak to or email, as I have not had a single response on my emails.

I bought a Rimmel Lasting Finish foundation and the pump stopped working shortly after I started using it, and then the little tube attached broke off about a week later too. So I thought I should just use an earbud to dig out the foundation, but the earbud is not long enough. There is at least another 1-2 weeks worth of applications in the bottle!
