Good Day, I would have called the Customer Service desk but I cannot access the web page due to a Server Application error, so that would issue number 1. Fix that?

Secondly, my item PA426840839ZA has been scanned in an sitting at Witpos Hub for 5 days? What is the delay? Please do not tell me that your organization is on strike again? Pathetic service.
