Rotten meat at Hokaai

This is not the first time buying my monthly meat at Hokaai and for some or other reason, something is always off, this month I went by there and checked the meat, all looked fine, I took a lemon and herb chicken and to my disgust when i wanted to cook it that evening, it reeked a smell so bad that it seems it has been off for quite some time. So many people complain about this place, they should be informed other than face to face as they do nothing regarding this matter and this can make people ill.
