Postal service ridiculous

Why is our post going to maitland post office??? We live on the boundary of milnerton and rugby and it's ridiculous that we must walk all the way to maitland!!! I phoned to ask who it is that sent a reistered letter so I can know how important it is to be collected so as not to rush unnecessarily all the way to maitland!! I have to walk from milnerton almost to maitland and back to collect the stupid thing and they refusing to tell me who is the owner of the letter who sent it!!! Pathetic service!!!
