I have been buying my sewing materials at Arthur Bales since the late 70's and always have received excellent service. Ask for anything in the line of materials, threads, zips, haberdashery and you will always receive a polite answer and be taken to the area where the product is, irrespective of how busy the shop is. If you want something special the buyer will endeavour to get it for you and will give feedback on availability. Staff are helpful and will go the extra mile. I wish all sores were like this one.
