Pay for the Venue & Security... WHAT SECURITY???

We recently celebrated our Wedding on the 16th June 2013 & booked/paid for the use of the Botanical Gardens in Johannesburg well in advance for them to know that there would be a group taking photos there that day.
After initially being harassed by the security upon arrival, we produced the permission slip & he allowed us in.

No more than an hour of taking photos & everybody returning to the vehicles, which were parked the their "Secure parking area" we found that one of the vehicles has been broken into, a VW Polo, the the Ignition & computer box of the car, surely it could not have happened that fast for nobody to see them Fidle with the Vehicle.
WHERE WAS THE SECURITY, THE SAME SECURITY THAT SO RUDELY ASKED FOR OUR PERMISSION SLIP HAD DISAPPEARED, NOWHERE TO BE FOUND.

How do they MAKE us PAY for use of the facility & expect us not to have security on for our vehicles, SHOULD WE PAY AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR SECURITY??? OR BETTER YET, BRING OUR OWN???
