Query unresolved since March 2013

Query has not been resolved since I started dealing with Kantha Reddy in March 2013 and later passed on to Leon Smit. Duplicate rentals being charged. Messages left - No feedback, no calls returned, warned them that I would be going on to Hellopeter.com if no-one phone me today by 11:30 am -still no response.
