Hiring Of Wedding Dress

I booked a wedding Dress to Hire on the 8th of July at 16:23
I advised the Company House of Chic the next morning at 8:31 am that I am not sure and would like to please cancel the hire agreement with no loss of income to them as there was no trading times between my original confirmation and the cancellation.

The company House of Chic advised they refused to refund the R500 fee for booking the dress.

I feel this is totally unreasonable as i immediately advised them and no loss of trade was incurred in the process
