So Called gunsmith reneges on written Guarantee

I contracted Craig Clintworth, of Mkonto, to build me a super accurate rifle, this was after a lot of research and discussion and assurance that he could build me such a rifle. Craig gave me a written guarantee that the rifle would shoot a 5 shot, 1 hole group at 100 m, consistently. Well, sadly it does not, not even close, not by a long shot (Pun intended) Craig has not only refused to honour his guarantee, but has cast aspersions on my abilities as a reloader and a rifle shooter. This barrel has since been evaluated by the experts at Truvello, who build barrels of international repute, as well as an independant gunsmith. Both confirm, in writing, that there is a definite problem with the barrel., a serious problem which could even lead to a disaster if left unattended. This test is reputable and repeatable, Despite offering Craig another chance to make good on his word and his reputation, he continues to ignore me. Peter Glasgow
