REGISTERD MAIL - NOT BEING DELIVERED

My registerd letter has not moved from the Germiston hub since 03/06/13 what is the problem? It was send from Bloem on 31 May 2013 to Midrand. I have phoned trying to sort this out! No reply. (RD153524815ZA)
