Service & a medal to be given to Refiloe

On the 1st of July I called Garsfontein Post Office regarding my study material that I wanted my husband to collect on my behalf as I am staying overseas. To my understanding I thought the study materials from UNISA will be delivered at my home address but surprisingly I received an sms from the Post Office that I must collect, I spoke to Refiloe and explained to her my predicament and she said that is not a problem he can collect the materials on my behalf hence he can bring a copy of my ID and a consent letter.

Inspite of all the required documents he brought he was told that I must call UNISA and explain to them that I am giving him permission to collect the materials. I was fuming, immediately I called again & the phone was answered by Refiloe again and I explain to her what happened & she was surprised and ask me if he can come back and specifically look for her. Luckily he was still outside & he went back & collected my materials. I would like these compliment to be shown to Refiloe.. Thank you .so much for making it easier for me to have my package, may U not only do it to me but to other customers as well from the bottom of my heart may U b an
example to your colleague.
