3 unauthorised debits in 3 days!!

This company has debited R299.99 twice and R99.99 from my bank account in less than 3 days! 2 debits on 25 June and the other on 28 June 2013.

I want a full refund and I want a guarantee that they will never debit my account ever again. Who wants to make business with people who just take money from your bank account without any kind of contact, notification/consent.

I have contacted them several times without any success. Their numbers never get picked up or are forever engaged.

I have verified with the ABSA consultants that I can open a police case against them. Should my query not be resolved with immediate effect, I'll be left with no other option but to take legal action against them.
