LD Collect taking legal action

I received an email from LD Collect claiming that I owe them R399 for a loan application which I am not aware of. They have threatened to take legal action against me. When I call the telephone number provided at the end of the email it appears that it does not exist.

I don't know who they are and where they got my details from.
