Ld Collect

In May 2012 I wanted to apply for a consolidation loan, I came across the LD Collect website and started applying, The minute I realized that I have to pay for applying for a loan I stopped, cancelled everything. When I got paid they deducted R399 from my account, I called, the phone does not ring and when it does its the same woman who answers the phone threatens will legal action, she says the R399 is for applying for the loan. She says its not he problem that money has been deducted from your account. I had to change banks and I reversed the R399 because what is it for if I haven't been helped? They need to be located and dealt with. South Africa must blow the whistle.h
