New Package, New Price for less

I would like to know when Huggies was going to notify the public of the rebranding? The Huggies Dry Comfort has a new package, consists of less diapers and promises 12 hours of comfort. I'm on pack # 2 and have experienced leaks every night for the past 2 weeks. The old Dry comfort promised 9 hours comfort and I had no leaks. Please explain this canundrum?
