Bad service

I have a problem with my microwave and phoned Bergens Appliances on monday morning. The lady told me that they will pick the microwave up monday at 13:00, my maid was at home the whole day, but they did not come to pick up the microwave and did not even phone me. I phoned the lady yesterday (Wednesday) and she told me they had a problem with the bakkie and that they would come pick up the microwave yesterday at 12:00 and again no one came to my house and did not even phone me... I will never use them again!! Very bad service.
