Speed post ment to be speed! Did most of the details from home to drop off at post off. Take them 35 mins to register and send parcel. You don't even bother to fill me in with ways happening. I must stand and look like an for so long and not a word. Just extra money to pay! then deside to drop it like no care in the world. Might I add no manners after greeting two staff members no greeting back! Lack of care and attitude! This is not the first time. Now iv had enough! I will no longer use them will work with big foot as they care and treat you well!
