POST OFFICE HAS FROM ME AND I WANT IT BACK

On the 23/04/2013 i went to the post office in Cedar Square to send a parcel for my sister who is in Escourt tracking number: TC190742219ZA.She recieved the parcel on the 24/04/2013 to my surprise the items inside where missing and it was resealed with brown sello tape. It was a cosmetic bag with femal cosmetics inside including a guess perfume which amounts to R700.The day I sent the parcel i had asked them to please put a fragile sticker. No one ever advised me about insurance and isnt insurance suppose to be for damages or loss of the parcel not someone "" from me?

Post office tagline "WE DELIVER WHATEVER IT TAKES" this must be one sick joke.

I WANT WHAT IS MINE, I WANT MY PERFUME BACK THAT IS ALL I ASK FOR. FIRE THOSE THAT WORK FOR YOU, THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS.

I complained about this lont ago, i was given ref no: 205650 no one ever gave me feedback till i followed up today only to be told"UNFORTUNATLEY WE CANNOT REPLACE YOUR LOST ITEM" this is just so ridiculous, is this because the is so good you cannot find him/her that is why my claim was declined? how many more people are you people going to from?

I JUST WANT WHAT IS MINE!!!
