Endless promises

Michelle Joubert -Martins was our photographer at our wedding on the 22nd of December 2012. She promised to upload our wedding photos on her blog from the 30th Dec 2012 till today. Whenever we phone her she says tomorrow or next week. Not really sure what is her problem because she keeps on promising but never delivers. We paid her on time therefore we don't owe her anything instead, she owes us.

Stranger thing is that other people who got married in 2013 their photos are loaded on the blog already, We have tried all channels to communicate our concern with her but she either avoids us and when we reach her she promises as always.

We phoned her last week Thursday and she promised about Friday. Feel we have been too patient with her and we doubt if she treats all her clients like this and this is so sad because our wedding day is supposed to be memorable and not frustrating like this because we had our reasons for taking a professional photographer with a blog.
