Unreliable. Lost my belongings

Initially quoted me R1445, after not reading the fine print in the contract had to pay R2270. Beware to read the fine print, they will not assist you in this regard. Also took for granted they would take care of my things but damaged my property. Again there was fine print that I should have opted for bubble wrap, only found out after it was too late now they put it on my expense and don't care. Most importantly is that I waited 5 days for my property to be delivered to me and and am still waiting for the other half a cube to be found since 01 June 2013! This 'storage' company lost my property and cannot find it! Quote from the owner regarding my lost property, "it's just a few boxes, these things happen." Where in actual fact it's about 20 boxes and a whole list of other things. it's clearly no priority for them to find my lost belongings which i entrusted them with. To show how money hungry this company is when I asked to be reimbursed for the accommodation I stayed at while they were trying to find my things for the 5 days, the owner only paid me half of the accommodation fees. I will give a follow up report if they ever find my belongings to show how useless this company is
