Terrible - no ethics

I had Abacus remove a water feature and replant the area. Their cost was high - R8115 - but they came recommended. Dont be fooled they are no longer any good at all. The work was poor - messy, plants left lying around, not planted, many have died. The team mostly listened to radio and talked on the phone - were left unsupervised. They broke my irrigation system despite me shoeing them exactly where it was - and effected a shoddy repair. They caused damage to the surrounding windows which now need to be replaced at a cost of over R4500. Whilst this was happening I ran outside and asked them to stop and was pretty much ignored - I called the person I had been dealing with - Emanual - but they wrecked it before he got back. He said Abacus would pay. I sent Ann pictures and even used the supplier she recommended to quote - but as soon as I sent through the quote Ann started lying - now they dont want to pay for the damage they caused. Ann hasn't bothered to even look at the damage caused. Be warned - Abacus produces bad work and damages things whilst at it - and then about what they will do. All I have been offered is a discount - which doesn't even cover the damamge.
