Vaya Cosmetics
The product removed my skin

I bought a Vaya product (Head & Body Hair Removal) on Sunday the 09/06/2013 at Checkers Balfour park shopping centre. I applied it and immediately I felt a burning sensation, the instruction said I must apply the product and wait for 5 minutes. Well i couldn't even wait for 5 minutes because the pain was unbearable.
When trying to remove it's only then I noticed that it was eating off my skin, I am very annoyed by this as i look different now. I send them an email hoping that i will hear from them but my query was not that important.
