Government Employees better are untouchable

Well trying to report a matter to our government is mission impossible, i have been trying to notify the SANRAL about the damaged road at main reef road just before Golf Terrence road in florida. I got 2 trye burst last week tuesday dated 28 May 2013 because of a broken pavement that was on the road at the time of the accident, well i have been trying to report this matter to SANRAL but no one wants to assist because i have been calling the number 011 355 700 & they keep on transfering me to a number that just rings constantly, i spoke to 3 different ladies & the alst one that i spoke to said i must call 011 355 7075 but that number just rings without anyone picking up the phone & the worst part is that all the ladies that answer the 011 355 7000 are very rude to say the least & they even refused to give me their names... Now if our government is actually refusing to attend to our problems who should we turn to? I dont even expect anything to be done about this matter because our government which we voted for doesnt give a about our well being... I WILL NEVER EVER BOTHER MYSELF IN VOTING BECAUSE I DONT SEE ANY POINT FOR TO VOTE. TO THOSE USE THAT ROAD PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!
