Washing Well
Never use this laundry service!!!

When my domestic worker has been on leave, I have utilized this laundry service for general ironing and dry cleaning. The only reason I think I have ever used them is because of convenience.
The attitude of the two ladies who work there is sloppy. The final straw was when I took two pairs of my husbands very expensive pants, one to be dry cleaned and the other one to be ironed. Needless to say, both were damaged. The ironed pair had burnt fabric (when i asked about this), they said it normally happens to that type of materiel, which is actually a lie, its called not actually knowing how to iron. I know they out source their dry cleaning, but the pants managed to some how get stain circle marks all over the pants, and neither the dry cleaning service or Washing well were helpful or had any explanatio, infact brushed off like "oh shame". After these faults were noted and addressed I got a terrible attitude from these women and was practically shouted at as neither wanted accountability. There was a cell number for complaints, which I proceeded to phone, no one answered and I haven't heard anything back. There go two pairs of amazing pants... down the washing well...
