Placecol
I am very disappointed!

I went to Placecol (Walmer Park Shopping Centre, PE) to have my hair cut and coloured. When they rinsed off the colour my shirt got wet and is now completely ruined. On top of that I got a bad hair cut and colour. I showed the stylist 4 photos of what I want my hair to look like (a simple, short style).

My cut and colour cost me R450, I now have to pay R600 to have it redone at another hairdresser and the shirt that was ruined cost me R400. In other words the visit cost me R1450!

The following day I went back and showed the shirt to them hoping they would present me with a free haircut (to fix the bad one) or some sort of gesture but was offered a small sorry and a brush off.

I am very disappointed and very upset that I have to spend more money to fix this mess!
