ConsultaPanel Spam Survey emails

ConsultaPanel keeps on sending me survey emails no matter how many times I unsubscribe from their list. They have 2 unsubscribe options, I have tried both numerous times without any success after which resorted to direct email at least twice also.

I continue to receive emails from them asking to complete surveys which I'm not interested in doing!
