Cape game - non-supply against deposit paid

Mike Dippenaar together with Dirk Dippenaar took a deposit of R17 000 for game thru a company which does not exist, Cape Game Wildlife Services, and never delivered the buck. Mike, who took the cash into his account, has never refunded our deposit, in good faith, contrary to him claiming that he had no part of the transaction and accordingly has breached his contract and effectively taken our money, in our opinion. Do not do business with this man, he does not act honestly and to date does not wish to pay back our deposit and/or deliver the livestock as undertaken
