Beekman Randburg not interested in my R14, 000

I first phoned Beekman Randurg on Monday 13 May 2013 and asked if they had a canopy for my Ford Ranger T6, and I was told they hadn't but will order one and phone me back. The next Monday (20 May 2013), I called again since nobody had bothered to call me back. I was told that their auditors were there and that things were hectic, but that the will order one and call me back. Tuesday I phone, no answer. Wednesday I phoned, no answer. Thursday I phoned, got an answer, was told that they had one, she then spoke to someone, I asked what was happening, she said she just needed to check if the one they had was ok (not sure if it was second hand or what, because either you have one or you don't). Was told she would phone me back and took my number for a third time. Guess what, they still haven't called me back, so clearly, when their auditors are there, normal business seize to exist, and customer care is non-existant and they are not interested in taking my R14, 000 (Canopy rubberising) which I was so willing to hand over to them for their product. Eventually came right with Beekman Krugersdorp, albeit some hiccups. I hope other customers don't get treated in the same way.
