I am currently visiting in NZ and sent a parcel to my parents as gift. The parcel arrived in SA but has been sitting in Cape Town for 8 days with no movement. I have contacted the staff about this and a customer service member emailed me stating I need Proof of purchase. Why? I dont know because its a gift. I emailed the proof to this person but he passed me around to other members via email. I have been emailing constantly and nobody has been decent enough to even acknowlege my emails and say that they are currently working to help me resolve this and send the gift as soon as possible to my parents. I dont understand why I have to chase these staff members when they work in CUSTOMER SERVICE! They get paid to help me and get the parcel delivered promptly. So extremely unhappy right now and would like competent people to handle this issue and correspond with me so I can be up to date on this matter. I have all the email correspondence if anybody needs it from me.
