I bought a cellphone almost three weeks ago

Good day

Im am very unhappy with wippy, com as i bough a cellphone from them about three weeks ago and i havent received anything from them. Also they deducted R400 plus from my bank without my consent. I phoned them and they keep saying we will resolve this problem. I had to go to my bank to stop them from taking any money out of my bank by closing the card and now it cost money to open a new card.

Since i havent received anything i would like a full refund for the phone as well as the R400 they took out of my account.
