Charging me for something I dont use

I asked SABC to cancel my TV Licence when i moved to Australia in 2011. I have sent them copies of my passport and visa showing the date at which I left the country and they told me it would be sorted out. I am still receiving e-mails from them every month stating that I must pay my TV Licence and arrears amounts that are currently standing at R800.00.I have recently returned to South Africa but do not have a TV Antenna, DSTV, DVD Recorder, and don't watch TV as they only show a bunch of and DSTV replays everything. I don't have the time for this. The only thing I would use a TV for is to play on my PlayStation or watch movies on DVD that have been Rented!
