No delivery after 5 months

I have been waiting 5 months for an order, 4 months for a 2nd order and 3 months for a 3rd order. After numerous sessions of begging still no luck. I have asked for the supervisor, had conversations with her but still no luck apart from shrugging off my complaint. I have NOT been able to contact the area manager whose phones either go straight to a fax line or do not get answered. I have called the call centre who have also basically not bothered to assist apart from giving me an email address of their supervisor. What will it take to get my orders and to find a representative who is actually willing to give me the service to which I should be entitled as a customer?

All I am asking is that someone at Avon takes responsibility, fetches my orders from the rep, takes my money and gets the orders delivered to me. Then to give me a rep who is willing to work. Is this so much to ask???
