Nappies with one side flat missing

I recently purchased a bag of 82 Huggies gold size 3 nappies and out of the 82, 11 of them were defective. When you are paying over R1.80 per nappy this adds up.
Maybe it was a faulty batch but i want a refund for the 11 defect nappies.
