Cancelation Of TV License

I sent a request to cancel the TV license in my name, i sent a request with all the necessary document but had not got any feedback.

currently i am receiving texts on my cell about payments that needs to be made or i will be blacklisted.
i would the cancellation to be actioned as i no longer own a TV.
