Wow Mbali, thank you!

I went for a pedi at Stoneridge DNB on Saturday morning and was truly spoilt!!! I like having pedis, but after a long week, I don't like to make small talk. I normally take my book but ultimately the beautician starts talking and I feel obliged not to be rude and to respond etc.
This morning, Mbali read me so well. She offered me a cup of tea, told me to get comfy and gave me an absolutely fantastic pedi without feeling the need to chat. She must have seen my book and made a brilliant judgement call as to what I wanted!
